The famous three words we never hear enough of in our life. Throughout our life span we keep looking, waiting and hoping for something to take us, or lead us, to our true love. Have you ever wondered where we can find love?

What really is this word "Love" that we keep repeating to that someone special in our lives? How many times do you tell your partner "I love you"? Do you really mean it, or do you just like to hear yourself speak? Or, is it just being said because it is part of the vocabulary that your partner likes to hear, or that helps make them feel secure about themselves. So what's love in the first place? What does love mean to you? Where can we find it?

Before looking for answers, we need to establish things ourselves and understand the meaning of the word "LOVE".

Love, in my point of view, is a flow of energy between two people that can bring awareness of their existence on this plane together, and this helps their relationship, and the harmony between them, to grow. If love is a flow of energy, basically it is not costing you anything so why do we hold ourselves back from truly sharing that love with someone else. Vulnerability, security, or maybe fears prevent us, but how hard are we really trying to achieve "true love"?

Love is already in your own backyard and we seem to have a hard time accepting this. To be able to accept love we need to learn how to give it in the first place. Love already exists in our "being" as humans share the most precious, intimate and secret jewel that is in our soul, our growth, and our spirit.

How much do you love yourself, or accept yourself for who you are? I am not introducing this question in an egoistic or selfish way. The amount of love you attract is really a reflection of the amount you give to others. We mirror what is already in us. You cannot get love from what you don't have in yourself in the first place. The amount of time and effort you are willing to put into accepting, or inviting, true love to yourself is the same amount you are already accepting or giving to yourself? Are you ready to be in love? Ask yourself this question. Let go of your pride and fears, and invest in yourself. Think about it!

Do not allow one bad relationship to hold you back or stop you from investing in love again. Holding yourself back from loving someone is as equal to, or as important as, attracting love to your own life. We always look to receive love from another person but it is the contrary, you hold your happiness in your own hands. So open your heart and a new love will come and approach you. Don't go too far to look for that true love. Just start searching for it within yourself!!! Sometimes it is hard to love ourselves because of different occurrences that have happened to us. We lose our own self-confidence and self-esteem. What I suggest, to renew your confidence in yourself, is a change of attitude. Appreciate yourself first, for who you are. Love yourself for who you are, and NOT for the way people want you to be, in their image. You are who you are, and if someone does not like you for what you are, then they are not the right one for you.

Now again comes the question - do you really mean it when you say to someone that you love him or her? Of course in my opinion, you need to distinguish between real love and infatuation. A person that showers his or her partner with material things or gifts usually has two motives. First, he or she is substituting one thing they can't offer to their partner (love) and second he or she is hiding something from their partner (finding love somewhere else). Where am I going with this, just to say that love has no value attached to it? Either you give love from your soul or you don't. Let's just stop kidding ourselves by living a fancy unreal life. Love has no monetary value attached to it otherwise it would not be love. Love is a flow of energy so how can we place a price on it.

Until you find true love in your own heart, embrace every moment and enjoy your exploration of life and what it can bring to you.

Having seen the most popular recipe of Char Kuey Teow on internet, I am confident that I can use it that recipe for dinner 2nite, but again sometimes I tend to get hoodwinked, when it comes with a long list of ingredients, So I decided to sms 3 friends of mine, and misfortunately I got an unfavorable replies from them saying they never tried cook this dish bf, and told me..y not u try n lets us know about it!
Eventually, I found 2 good recipes and decided to distinct both recipes and after done with my comparison, I came out with below written recipe.

The Maasai Market in kenYa

This picture was taken when I visited the Maasai Market in Nairobi. You can buy all kinds of products from the Maasai tribe here: drums, wooden craft work, jewelry, clothes, and more. At the first sight the main thing that attracts the eyes, are the plentiful bright colors. Many Maasai here like to wear red in particular.

Mainly i have bought stuffs for kitchen use -1 set of wooden plates depicts masai people, hand made keychains with truly beautiful beads attached on it, animal wooden craft and colourful shawls!=pp

There were so much beautifull stuff for sale that it was hard for me to pick anything.=D

"KaRoGa"

An amusingly called “karoGa” -self cooking,which I have found so interesting bk at smokey’s in Nairobi city.
I had this enjoyable lunch with my sister’s in laws family members in my trip to Kenya mid of January’ 09. Briefly, all the major ingredients will be given such as chickens, oil, onion, ginger, garlic, butter, palak leaves , salt, coal as well stove. In addition, spices such as turmeric(haldi), chile powder, dahnia, coriander( khas khas), hot spices( garam masala),Various types of spicy seeds and etc will be also given with main ingredients.
It took 1/2 hour to cook “butter chicken” and we had it with nice hot(garam) cheese chapatti and paneer chapatti . It was fingers licking good.=D
Even thou it was splendid, I won’t comment much on level of butter consumption for this dish, I have gone for extreme diet after I had this dish..=(

The Masai are members of the Nilotic tribal group along with the Samburu The Masai are a well known colorful people who are mainly cattle and goat herders. They like to adorn themselves with colorful cloth and beads. Wealth is measured in cattle. The traditional villages surround a central area. The young males go through a period of warriorhood before they marry. Men generally make the tribal decisions and care for the cattle. The women build the houses and talke care of the home. More and more villages are becoming less traditional. This can be seen by flat metal roofs instead of thatching, all wooden houses and even farm plots. Growing food is frowned upon by traditional Masai. There are even some homes with satellite dishes. In villages near lodges, income is supplemented by posing for photos, selling used spears or performing tradtional dances.

I'm back on my blog, after quite long period , initially I was thinking that I have lost interest on blogging but then after left my job a year ago, I have got ample time 2 spend writing on this blog, may I get more inspiration and ideas on how to bring my blog back on old track, inshallah..

Benifits of Honey& Cinnamon

HEART DISEASES:
Make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder, apply on bread, chappati, or other bread, instead of jelly and jam and eat it regularly for breakfast. It reduces the cholesterol in the arteries and saves the patient from heart attack. Also those who already had an attack, if they do this process daily, they are kept miles away from the next attack.

INSECT BITES:
Take one part honey to two parts of lukewarm water and add a small teaspoon of cinnamon powder, make a paste and massage it on the itching part of the body slowly. It is noticed that the pain recedes within a minute or two.

ARTHRITIS:

Arthritis patients may take daily, morning and night, one cup of hot water with two spoons of honey and one small teaspoon of cinnamon powder. If taken regularly even chronic arthritis can be cured.

HAIR LOSS:

Those suffering from hair loss or baldness, may apply a paste of hot olive oil, one tablespoon of honey, one teaspoon of cinnamon powder before bath and keep it for approx. 15 min. and then wash the hair. It was found to be effective even if kept on for 5 minutes.

BLADDER INFECTIONS:

Take two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and one teaspoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it. It destroys the germs in the bladder.

TOOTHACHE:

Make a paste of one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and five teaspoons of honey and apply on the aching tooth. This may be applied 3 times a day till the tooth stops aching.

CHOLESTEROL:
Two tablespoons of honey and three teaspoons of Cinnamon Powdermixed in 16 ounces of tea water, given to a cholesterol patient, was found toreduce the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10% within 2 hours. As mentioned for arthritic patients, if taken 3 times a day, any Chronic cholesterol is cured. As per information received in the said journal, pure honey taken with food daily relieves complaints of cholesterol.

COLDS:
Those suffering from common or severe colds should take one tablespoon lukewarm honey with 1/4 spoon cinnamon powder daily for 3 days. This process will cure most chronic cough, cold and clear the sinuses.

INFERTILITY:
Yunani and Ayurvedic Medicine have been using honey for thousands of years to strengthen the semen of men. If impotent men regularly take two tablespoon of honey before going to sleep, their problem will be solved.

• Try following a regular sleep routine.

• Don't eat a big meal right before bed, if your stomach is full it will push up on your diaphragm and limit breathing passage ways.


• Avoid eating "rich" foods such as cakes, cookies, chocolate and pizza. Sleep on a firmer pillow, a pillow that's too soft encourages your throat muscles to relax and narrows your air passageway.


• Inhale steam before sleeping or sleep in a room with a humidifier turned on, which will reduce congestion and moisturize the throat.

• If you are a smoker, stop smoking, if that is not feasible then avoid smoking right before you go to bed. Smoking causes inflammation and swelling of the throat.

True love

It was a busy morning, approximately 8:30 a.m., when an elderly gentleman in his 80's, arrived to have stitches removed from his thumb. He stated that he was in a hurry as he had an appointment at 9:00 am. I took his vital signs and had him take a seat, knowing it would be over an hour before someone would to able to see him. I saw him looking at his watch and decided, since I was not busy with another patient, I would evaluate his wound. On exam, it was well healed, so I talked to one of the doctors, got the >needed supplies to remove his sutures and redress his wound. While taking care of his wound, we began to engage in conversation. I asked him if he had another doctor's appointment this morning, as he was in such a hurry. The gentleman told me no, that he needed to go to the >nursing home to eat breakfast with his wife. I then inquired as to her health. He told me that she had been there for a while and that she was a victim of Alzheimer's disease. As we talked, I asked if she would be upset if he was a bit late. He replied that she no longer knew who he was, that she had not recognized him in five years now. I was surprised, and asked him, "And you still go every morning, even though she doesn't know who you are?" He smiled as he patted my hand and said, "She doesn't know me, but I still >know who she is." I had to hold back tears as he left, I had goose bumps on my arm, and >thought, "That is the kind of love I want in my life."

If you notice her walking on the streets with her head high up like a proud girl and her bag on hanging on the side, and suddenly notice her eyes, her eyes are full of ambition and life.
